Becky's Compose a Card Challenge #9

Life has just gotten away from me the past few weeks....hate when that happens!  I have missed the past 2 challenges so I am really glad I was able to get a card done for this week. I hope to go back and do the 2 I missed as I challenged myself to do them all.  Here is Becky's challenge and inspiration picture for this week:

I have been dying to use some Cosmo Cricket Material Girl papers on something so I pulled those out to get me started on my colors scheme. I cut my card using my Cricut, used a Nestability and everything else is PTI.  Here is what I came up with...sorry for the glare. I am still working on getting the right lighting down in my dungeon.

Thanks so much for looking......I really appreciate it!

Quick card

Just another card using the Cricut cartridge A Child's Year. Quick and easy!

The image, number and scallop were all cut with the Cricut. I used a hole punch along the edges of the scallop oval and layered it all on some old Chatterbox paper.

Thanks for looking!

A Child's Year

I have been dying to buy this cartridge for months now and I finally won it on Ebay. This is my first project with it but certainly not my last. I thought this image would be perfect for a card.

There are so many darling images for cards and layouts. I think my next project is going to be a plate though. I found some plain glass plates at Dollar Tree and I am going to etch one with an image from this cart. I just have to make the difficult decision of which one to use!

I have been doing lots of crafting the past week so I will post a new project tomorrow using a Timeless Template from Papertrey Ink. Hope to "see" you then!
